Rob Grinage

Rob started his career as a title examiner in 1986, in Las Vegas, New Mexico. From 1990 to 1993 he worked for the NM State Highway Department, researching property records around the state for right-of-way acquisitions. In 1993 he found his soul mate, Janet, a school teacher in Aztec, and moved to Farmington. He has been at San Juan Title ever since, and became a licensed Title Agent in 1994.

In addition to land title examination, Rob developed a keen interest in the technology that evolved and has become such an integral part of the industry. He has been the network and systems administrator, as well as title operations manager, for over 25 years at the company. He now focuses primarily on commercial transactions.

Rob is also the Technology Admin for the NMLTA, and has helped the Association with their website, communications and online services over the past 25 years. He currently serves on the Membership and Related Industries committees.
